Berry Blast Smoothie

This recipe has all the nutrients for a great post workout recovery drink (carbs, protein, heart healthy fats, and vitamins). Berries are loaded with antioxidants and fiber and serve as a great fruit base to any smoothie. Feel free to substitute a non-dairy option for the yogurt or milk in this recipe in case of allergies. If you want to sweeten it up, you can add a little honey. If you looking to keep your sugar intake lower, use a non-nutritive sweetener like stevia!


2 cups frozen blueberries

½ banana

¼ cup milk

5.3 oz (1 container) vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds


Blend until smooth!
