Christine’s Energy Bites

Looking for a quick and easy pregame snack or breakfast option? Energy bites are a fantastic way to work in TONS of nutrition in a small package on the go. The best thing about this recipe is that is it versatile for your dietary concerns or palate! 


1 cup dry old fashioned rolled oats

1/3 cup unsweetened dried cherries

1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter you like)

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract




Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Cover and chill mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Once chilled, roll into one inch balls and store in a plastic bag or container for up to a week.

This recipe makes 20-25 energy bites.
